We want you to love your James Michelle pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure a safe transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your return has been fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
